LYV® High Pressure Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve adopts a robust ear shaft fixed ball design, ensuring that the ball remains in its position even under extremely high pipeline pressure. This enables smooth, low-torque opening and closing and bidirectional zero-leakage sealing, fundamentally eliminating the risk of internal leakage. This allows the DBB Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve to withstand high pressure differences and frequent operations for a long time, significantly reducing maintenance costs and the risk of unexpected downtime.

What’s the use of High Pressure Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve?

Our Cast Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve has great ability to withstand high pressure and provide reliable sealing, is mainly applied in the following key areas:

Petroleum and natural gas industry: Main lines of long-distance pipelines, inlet and outlet valves at stations, and high-pressure sections such as the inlet and outlet of compressor units.

Chemical and petrochemical industry: Reaction equipment, high-pressure raw material and product transportation pipelines, high-temperature and high-pressure process medium control.

Electric power industry: Power plant boiler feedwater, steam system and high-temperature high-pressure circulation pipelines.

Features

■ This Flanged Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve to withstand extremely high pipeline pressure and is suitable for pressure ratings of 150LB-2500LB.

■ Regardless of whether the medium flows in from either side of the valve, it can achieve equally reliable shut-off sealing, meeting the requirements for pipeline isolation.

■ Even under high pressure, the operating torque required to open or close the valve is much less than that of the floating ball valve. This Industrial Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve can be equipped with manual, pneumatic or electric actuators.

■ Optional fire-resistant structure that complies with API 607/API 6FA standards can provide basic sealing in case of accidental fire.

■ The optimized bearing design and the low-maintenance valve seat/ball contact method significantly extend the maintenance cycle and service life of the valve.

API 6D certification
