The revolutionary performance of the Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve stems from its precise three-offset geometric design. This technology achieves zero friction throughout the process by means of the triple spatial offset of the valve stem, butterfly plate and sealing surface, enabling the butterfly plate to completely disengage from the valve seat at the moment of opening. When closed, the unique conical sealing surface creates a "tighter as it closes" wedge-shaped effect, forming a powerful metal-to-metal torque seal. It is precisely this fundamental principle that enables the valve to adopt all-metal hard seals, thereby achieving bidirectional zero leakage, an extremely long service life, and outstanding adaptability to extreme high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, making it an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications.
