LYV® BW End Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve systematically resolves the sealing and structural challenges of high-pressure pipelines through two core designs. The High Performance Butt Welded Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is connected by butt welding and integrates with the pipeline to achieve a permanent zero-leakage seal. Its unique end support point structure can direct the huge stress generated by thermal expansion and contraction, self-weight and vibration of the pipeline to the external foundation frame, thereby effectively protecting the valve body and internal seals from deformation or damage. This design ensures the long-term stable operation of the valve in critical and harsh environments such as power stations, long-distance petrochemical pipelines and offshore platforms, significantly enhancing the safety and lifespan of the entire pipeline system.

The LYV® BW BW End Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is an industrial valve specifically designed to handle harsh working conditions. "BW" indicates that its two ends are connected by butt welding and can be welded to the pipe to form a permanent whole. "End support installation" refers to the extension of an independent rigid support structure at the driving end of the valve. This combined design aims to achieve absolute sealing of the pipeline connection and stress isolation of the valve body simultaneously.
Its working principle is divided into two steps: Firstly, the butt welding port of the valve is welded to the pipeline to form a permanent connection without leakage. Secondly, the key "end fulcrum" structure is independently fixed to the external foundation. When the pipeline generates a huge thrust due to thermal stress, self-weight or vibration, this fulcrum will actively bear and guide these external forces, allowing them to bypass the precise valve stem and sealing system inside the valve and be directly transmitted to the external structure. Thus, it ensures that the valve can still be stably and flexibly opened and closed when subjected to pipeline deformation, and maintain a long-term seal.
