LYV® DBB Inject Ball Valve is a multifunctional valve that combines dual safety guarantees with convenient operation. As a type of Double Block and Bleed Injection Ball Valve, this valve uses the PTFE sealing as the sealing structure. It's usually actuated by Lever, and uses Stainless steel as body material. This valve integrates two independent sealing units with an injection/detection port located in the middle within the same valve body, forming a compact "double shut-off - discharge" functional unit. This design enables operators to safely complete critical operations such as chemical reagent addition, instrument connection, or equipment maintenance without interrupting the main process. Its core value lies in effectively enhancing the operational safety and flexibility of the entire system through dual isolation and cavity pressure relief safety confirmation steps, while reducing the complexity of pipeline connection points and simplifying the system layout compared to traditional solutions.

●This DBB Inject Ball Valve can provide two independent seals. The cavity between the two seals can have its pressure released through a relief valve to verify the integrity of the upstream or downstream seal.
●The central port of the valve is specifically designed for connecting injection equipment such as chemical injection valves or sampling devices, allowing for addition or sampling without interrupting the main process.
●The integrated design integrates multiple functions (such as blocking, discharging, and injection) into a single valve body, replacing the complex piping system composed of multiple valves and fittings. This saves space and reduces potential leakage points.
●Before conducting injection, calibration or equipment maintenance, the effectiveness of the main seal can be confirmed through the vent port, providing clear safety status indications for the operators, preventing misoperations and enhancing operational safety.
●The injection ports usually conform to industry-standard specifications to ensure compatibility with various injection devices, pressure gauges or relief valves.
DBB Inject Ball Valve is a special type of valve that integrates two independent sealing blocking functions and a central injection/discharge port located between them into a single valve body. Through this integrated design, it enables dual isolation of the upstream and downstream processes, pressure relief verification, and safe fluid injection or sampling operations without the need for additional pipeline connections.
The working principle of this valve is a standardized "isolation - release - operation" process:
When the valve is fully open and the medium is flowing normally, if an operation is required, the valve should be closed first. The two independent valve seats inside the valve will act synchronously, forming two reliable sealing barriers on both sides of the ball body, achieving a dual blocking of the pipeline fluid. Subsequently, the cavity between these two seals can be emptied and pressure verified through a dedicated release valve to confirm the effectiveness of the main seal. Once it is confirmed to be safe, the standard injection port on the top of the valve can be connected to external equipment. Under the protection of the two sealing barriers, chemical agent injection, instrument calibration or pressure measurement operations can be carried out safely without interrupting the main process or disassembling the valve.
