What is Electric Actuated Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve?

This Electric Actuated Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is a high-performance industrial valve that adopts an ear shaft-fixed ball structure and is driven by an electric actuator. It is specially designed for remote automatic control and reliable shut-off of high-pressure pipelines.

How does Electric Actuated Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve work?

Its working principle combines rigid fixation and electric drive. The ball inside the valve is rigidly fixed by two short shafts (ear shafts) on the top and bottom, preventing it from moving under high pressure. After receiving the control signal, the electric actuator drives the valve stem connected to the ear shaft, causing the ball to rotate precisely 90 degrees, thereby achieving opening or closing and completing the remote and automatic control of the pipeline medium.
