LYV®️ Aluminum Bronze Gate Valve is mainly made of aluminum bronze, and its natural corrosion resistance is particularly suitable for seawater, salt water and various chemical media. Meanwhile, the aluminum bronze material does not produce sparks under impact, meeting the special safety requirements of flammable and explosive places. The structure of our Al-bronze Gate Valve is designed to be robust and the sealing is reliable. So our ASTM B148 Aluminum Bronze Gate Valve can achieve long-term stable operation and effective cut-off under the above-mentioned scenarios, making it a key equipment choice that takes into account both safety and durability in the pipeline systems of related industries.
Our goal is not only to achieve excellence in product quality but also to provide our customers with quality Alu Bronze Gate Valve, excellent service and comprehensive technical support. Our professional team is available to provide customized gate solutions to meet your specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs, and we will tailor a gate valve solution that meets your unique requirements.

■ Excellent corrosion resistance, especially in Marine environments.
■ Low density.
■ Strong anti-deformation ability.
■ Reliable sealing.
■ Rapid opening and closing.
1. The aluminum component forms a dense protective layer of aluminum oxide on the surface, which can effectively resist corrosion from the atmosphere, fresh water, seawater, sulfur-containing chemicals and combustion exhaust gases, especially preventing pitting corrosion, stress corrosion and other problems.
2. It has high strength and good toughness, and wear resistance is one of its most notable characteristics. Hardness can be further enhanced through heat treatment (quenching and tempering).
3. It has good oxidation resistance and a low oxidation rate at high temperatures, and its strength and high-temperature stability are superior to many other bronze alloys.
4. The copper ions in the alloy can effectively prevent Marine organisms such as seaweed and barnacles from attaching, and this property may make it superior to stainless steel in some Marine applications.
5. It can undergo mechanical processing, welding and hot pressing processing, which is convenient for manufacturing complex parts.
