The valve body is integrally forged from aluminum bronze. Compared with the casting process, its metal structure is denser, thus endowing the valve with higher mechanical strength and pressure resistance.

Structurally, Flange Aluminum Bronze Gate Valves adopts the classic gate valve design, featuring low fluid resistance, ensuring reliable sealing and convenient maintenance at different pressure levels.

The Aluminum Bronze Forged Gate Valves is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards such as API 602 and ANSI B16.34, and can be expanded to be equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators to achieve automatic control. It is an ideal choice for key pipelines in the shipbuilding industry, petrochemical industry, offshore platforms and power systems.
